Local first

You can use ErgFuse without an account. Session results and workout names stay on your phone or tablet. Without sign-in, that data is not sent to an ErgFuse server.

Optional account

If you create an account (email and password, or Google), we store your email address and an optional display name. Signed-in sessions can sync to our database (Supabase): workouts, PM5 serial numbers, labels, and heart rate when the monitor provides it. That lets you see sessions on another device.

Bluetooth

ErgFuse uses Bluetooth only to connect to nearby Concept2 PM5 monitors: RowErg, BikeErg and SkiErg. The app reads the training data the monitor sends so a team goal or a solo workout can follow along. On older Android versions the system may ask for location permission to allow scanning; the app does not read your location.

No ads or tracking

ErgFuse does not show ads, does not sell your data, and this site does not set tracking cookies.

Delete your account

In the app, under Account, you can delete your account. That removes the account and the linked cloud data. Workouts that only live on the device stay there. See Delete your account under Support. Questions: hello@ergfuse.app.
